Hazar Gurlushyk Co. was founded in 2013 in Ashgabat. Since then, the company has built and reconstructed stadiums, schools, kindergartens, residential complexes, and farms across the country, operating from two bases — a 20,000 m² site in Ashgabat and a 40,000 m² site in Turkmenbashy.
The company's engineers and crews have worked in the Balkan, Dashoguz, Mary, and Ashgabat regions, and it sources building materials through partners in Turkey, Russia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, and the UAE. In 2026, Hazar Gurlushyk expanded into Oil & Gas EPC, bringing its construction and logistics experience to energy-sector projects.
